My Neighbor Attempted Suicide - I Need More +ve Energies (Sunday 02/04/06)

This is the day a neighbor living on the 12th storey of the same block I am living in, tried to commit suicide.

Do check the photographs out but I'm not sure if you could actually really figure out what's going on in the pics especially if you are not a Singaporean as you might not be familiar with the setting as well as the local civil defence team and their vehicles. But do give it a try. Apparently suicides and suicide attempts are pretty common in Singapore.

Pics are taken by my bro and I from our kitchen window (10th storey).

At the end of the day, my bro said to me,

"Isn't life here (in Singapore) more interesting than in Hobart? You don't get
to see such things when you were in Hobart, did you?"

I thought,

"Well yeah, but how I wish too that people around me in Singapore are
giving out more positive energies like those people in Hobart do. Maybe
Singaporeans are just not drunk and drugged enough to be happy and
carefree."
