They say northeastern monsoons take place from December to early March. It is now coming to mid-March and the northeastern monsoon is still here. Obviously it has extended for a longer period of time now. On my part however, I have kept myself indoors since the recent occurrence of thunderstorms and heavy downpour. Despite preferring days with good weather, I do kind of enjoy the cooler weather conditions the monsoon brings with it though. Then again, at times I'd wish for drier days. I quite miss going out without getting my feet wet!
Photo: I had to take a cab home after completing groceries at FairPrice yesterday afternoon. It was raining heavily non-stop and I really had to be back home soon.
