My flat rental is going up. So far, Kenji and I have not been updated of the fee yet but it seems very likely that we will be badly affected by the latest fee increase especially if the owner decided to go according to the market price. Currently we are paying the owner only S$850 per month and this rental fee, though for the entire flat, is excluding the 3rd bedroom (the bedroom is to be kept free from use, in other words). My research says that the current market price for the type of flat I am living in, plus the land value of the estate, could go as high as S$1600 per month. Worse, I heard the owner has decided to open up the 3rd bedroom, which we are currently using (with consent) as store room for our unused stuff, for rental. So this would mean that the rental fee for our flat will certainly increase despite the current raise in land value that is going on all over Singapore. So I guess our next rental fee would probably cost us a bomb. And since we are thinking of not having an additional tenant, we will most likely have to pay double the price we are currently paying for renting of the flat. Perhaps we should be thinking of moving out, I don't know. I'll probably go get a job cuz' I want to stay, given similar range of housing costs, in a swimming pool-ed and tennis court-ed apartment next! :)
One morning I woke up to the thoughts of my new digiCam. And so, instead of thanking God for keeping me alive, I went straight to my bag, digged out my digiCam and took a picture of me. Ha ha. Above is what I got out of the weird action that morning. A picture of me un-showered, teeth un-brushed, face un-washed. And then there was the toilet included on the top left of the picture, plus a messy bedroom as the background. Ha. Crap. I must have gone crazy that morning. OK, no more pictures of me like that next time. I shall be properly clothed, face washed and head scarfed!

Haha! Thanks! If I wasn't mistaken, I did not have my contact lenses on yet at that time. Maybe I became arty when I can't really see!! Haha! I must go around more often without a perfected vision - what do you think? :)
We wouldn't want you bumping into things. Safer to have your contacts on but you're really pretty!

Oh, and I just realized you've got an 'arty-eye'! I added effects to the photo such that it turns out to be probably like something you have said, an "underground art films". I don't know myself, I just gave it a try. As for you, good eye! :)
Oops, sorry. After checking out the original photo, I just realized I didn't do any edits on it, except for the words. My mirror must be very dirty then. Haha! But still, you have an arty-eye! :)
